Repeat is a specialist IT services and solution provider that helps clients plan, build and support their IT infrastructures. Repeat applies its expertise in networking, security, operating environments, storage and contact centre technologies and its unique skills in consulting, integration and managed services to create customised client solutions.
We are seeking a motivated, proactive team player to join our Bid Group in the instrumental role of Bid and Proposal Assistant/Editor. You will become the writing expert within the group and be ultimately responsible for the preparation, refinement and Quality Assurance of all bid documentation.
Other key responsibilities of this position will also include:
� The definition, structure and overall creation of a base document that most accurately reflects and addresses the clients individual information requirements.
� Development of proposals to meet the customer requirements, including responding to RFI, RFP, RFQ and Tenders
� Development of Statements of Work (SOW's)
� Development of pricing cases and project schedules
� Set overall project plan/strategy.
� Management and facilitation of content from key stakeholders.
� Validation of all content including copying, editing and QA.
� Distribution of documentation for review and integration or requested amendments.
� Preparation of the Bid for submission.
� Recommendations regarding bid process improvements and static content to be compiled.
� Assistance with and contribution to knowledge sharing and workload sharing across the bid team internationally.
� Use a change management system to manage changes to the project plan.
You will have a meticulous eye for detail and will have gained experience within a similar position demonstrating your superior proof-reading, copy editing and writing skills in relation to large documentation types. The ability to design and structure content, analyse requirements and manage deadlines will also be paramount.
To be successful in this position it is essential that you possess the highest level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office (especially Word), alternatively Open Office or Star Office applications, accurate and efficient typing skills as well as highly developed interpersonal and self management skills.
A keen interest in the IT industry and a degree qualification in a relevant field will also be highly regarded.
