Zimbra is looking for a contract course developer to create a training manual and instructor’s guide for an instructor-lead training class. The product is next generation collaboration and messaging software that is installed on servers that run the Linux operating system.
The course is for system administrators who will be taught how to configure and maintain the Zimbra Collaboration Suite, including troubleshooting and monitoring, how to use the command line tools, and how to upgrade the servers. Existing technical documentation and interviews with SMEs will be the source for the content you will develop. UNIX knowledge will be helpful.
We have an outline of the course topics and estimate that the class will be 3 to 3 ½ days long. The training materials will consist of a workbook for students and instructor's information which can be prepared as a power point presentation. We need to have the material ready by mid July.
As this is a consultant position, the course developer does not need to work on site.
