Full description:
We are looking for a talented web designer with at least 3-5 years of web development experience to work on a web application on a part-time basis involving 20-30 hrs per week.
Ideal candidate will have the following:
* 3-5 years experience designing visual interfaces using Windows or Mac OS native software.
* Demonstrable skills in graphic and UI design for enterprise-grade web sites and documentation.
* Expertise in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Freehand, and Macromedia Flash.
* Experience using HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to quickly understand UI requirements and deliver images and HTML content quickly.
Preferable Skills
* Knowledge of Java based web applications environment that use JSP.
* Knowledge of latest Web 2.0 standards, CSS, AJAX toolkits is good to have.
