You must have a background as one of the following to write these articles: Financial Planner/CFP(r), CPA, ChFC or other similarly trained professional as these articles need to span all subjects related to retirees: taxation, estate planning, insurance, annuities, mutual funds and you will need a working knowledge of these areas to write solid articles.
Writer wanted for short, 375-475 word articles on financial topics to be included in newsletter for financial advisors (i.e. advisors send this to their clients). Writer should have experience in the investment/insurance world. Topics to include mutual funds, IRAs, life insurance, fixed annuities, taxes, estate planning, variable annuities (you can get ideas off the Internet in droves). These articles will be submitted to the NASD for review so any facts must be substantiated with footnotes and the articles must be "balanced." However, the article should be of value to the reader and not just educational--i.e. the article should take a postion or make a recommendation. Readers are 60+ so the articles must be suitable for a retired audience or those about to retire in 3 years (i.e. no articles for baby boomers or saving for retirement). We need 21 articles every month. Please provide writing samples and quote for services and submit your bid for 21 articles for first month (I will want to use your service every month). Our target is $100 per article.
Writer must be in US and have basic familiarity with US financial instruments and tax rules. Working in the past as an insurance agent or stockbroker or financial planner is best background. Do not reply if you are outside of US.
