Full description:
This position requires excellent communications and analytical skills AND current Documentum development skills. The individual will work directly with business users and management and be responsible for successful delivery of custom Documentum application to growing user base. Project roles will vary between requirements gathering, system analysis and design, development, user training and delivery of user documentation. Installation, configuration and ongoing maintenance of internally developed and vendor provided WDK-based Web applications, including WebTop and DA. Provide Disaster Recovery services for the Documentum environment by maintaining recovery inventory, plans and actively participating in DR testing. This individual must be a proven team player and be able to integrate quickly into a small team.
Experience Requirements:
* Measurable experience with XML processing and proficiency in creating XSLT stylesheets. Arbortext Styler experience preferred.
* Experience querying data using SQL and Documentum*s DQL and API language.
* Solid 10 years of IT working knowledge with hands on experience including work with system requirements and architecture.
* 4+ years development experience with EMC/Documentum software products.
* Prior experience working with a RAD methodology or similar project delivery methodologies.
* Documentum experience (installing, configuring, and integrating content management systems ) Basic J2EE development skills, JSP, JavaScript
* Perform routine Documentum maintenance tasks, including but not limited to monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving Documentum jobs.
* Interact with consultants and users to publish, repair and monitor Documentum activities while maintaining environment availability.
* Experience with web deployment using ANT preferred.
* Past experience authoring user requirements and technical design documentation is required.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent related discipline required.
