PRIMUS is preferred vendor for major TELECOM Companies. Due to our growth in wireless telecom market, we're seeking a Technical/IT recruiter who is SPECIFICALLY experienced in Telecom, Wireless area.
This position is Freelance, COMMISSION ONLY with NO BASE SALARY, Telecommuting position.
We offer an attractive commission & profit-sharing schedule for this position. Telecommuting / working remotely is OK.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
[1] 2-3 years experience in Telecom/IT recruitment in an agency setting
[2] Prefer experience recruiting in a Vendor Managed environment.
[3] Good understanding of Telecom/IT requirements & terminology. (Java, C++, Networking, CCIE/CCNA, Protocols, NOC, ATM, DS1, DS3, RF engineering, network engineering, Provisioning, Mobile technologies, Wi-Fi, BTS, BSC/MSC, UMTS etc)
[4] Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Must be self-motivated and determined to be the best.
[5] Expert at using Dice, Monster type jobsites for searches and postings.
[6] Hands-on with MS-Office and other recruiting industry tools.
