YOUNG,UPSTART MORTGAGE BROKERAGE COMPANY invites Experienced Loan Officers to inquire about associate positions with us.
What is so different about us? Well, we have ditched the "business as usual" philosophy. You know, a new LO comes on board, the manager shows him the desk and phone, and tells him to start cold-calling. Every man/woman is an island in that organization, working alone. Not only that, the LO is a salesperson by temperament, NOT a marketing person, with very rare exceptions. Besides, marketing is far too major an effort to be carried out by several "islands".
You will work within a small, congenial group, solving loan situations together, and disseminating product and process knowledge, and mentoring each other.
We will provide you fuul marketing support. And, no purchased leads ever, as they are generally bogus. We will develop referral sources with realtors, insurance agents, CPA, financial planners, and attorney. The resposibility to keep the pipeline filled belongs to the corporate management.
You are expected to possess a solid knowledge of products, loan processes, and customer needs and preferences. It is your responsibility then to take the loan through closing. You will be expected to offer our borrowers flexibility, creativity, and courteous, amazing service.
We fully expect that you will more than double your income within one year with us, using this business model.
