Seeking Inside Sales Rep to join established Recruiting firm in the high-tech industry. Our firm has an aggressive marketing and advertising program and we need an additional account representative to cold call into companies and develop new accounts as well as take some of our incoming calls. We offer primarily recruiting for permanent positions and some contract staffing services to businesses. The position also allows the opportunity to work from your home office. In this position you will call on high-tech companies, send information about our services and develop client relationships. You will acquire job orders for both primarily permanent and some contract positions. Our recruiters will find the candidates and you willl submit the candidates to your clients and get feedback from the client. You will set up client-candidate interviews, follow-up and negotiate offers.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Energetic personality
- Previous sales experience is required. Must be very comfortable using the telephone for sales activity.
- Ability to comfortably call on managers, directors and executive level personnel
- Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple tasks and follow-up on a timely basis
- Must have good detail-oriented skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Available 8-5 M-F Pacific time
- Experience with contact management software such as ACT is a plus.
