Do you have experience in hiring Director to VP level candidates /
Can you work on delivering max results in short time?
The focus of the position is corporate hiring - primarily sales/ Hunters / Sr. Management positions, Technology Leadership positions but it should be an all round resourcing person who can handle other domains of resourcing too.
You will be SPOC for one of our client and will handle 10-30 requirements per month and wil be supported by a team of Sourcers as well .
You can telecommute , and should be able to go on site to client site to manage recruiting events when required .

Responsibilities:
Manage full cycle recruiting efforts
Head hunting
Identify effective sourcing strategies for strategic, hard to staff roles
Source, recruit, network with and hire senior level candidates for leadership roles in our markets
Identify and maintain a long term relationship with top target candidates
Strong networking and sourcing skills
Ability to achieve set goals and deadlines
Personal attributes include strong work ethic, passion for what they are doing, detail oriented, and a sense of urgency.
Core Skills:
3+ years of professional recruiting experience
Experience in recruiting for sales, and/or the technology/consulting industry
Executive (Director to C-level) recruiting experience is preferred
Excellent presentation and networking skills
Candidate Building skills
Ability to creatively attract top performers in the industry
Highly personable with ability to maintain long term relationships with top candidates
Experience recruiting for volume requirements in BDMs and Other areas
MUST have experience Searching for Sales Positions
Desired Background:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to recruit senior level candidates who are not necessarily looking for a change in their career. The ability to headhunt, cold call, and find quality candidates is essential for success in this role. More importantly, the ideal candidate needs to know how to build and maintain long term relationships with top candidates who may not be currently on the job market.
The candidate should have prior experience working in a head hunting mode
