I currently have available Several 8 Month + Contracts for SAP PP/MM Consultants in several locations. Multiple Locations. The consultant can choose to work from AZ, Dallas, TX, Billerica, MA, Indianapolis, El Segundo, CA or Long Beach, CA. I am enclosing a brief description for your perusal. I am looking to do 70 an hr on the Rate Contract plus expenses or a perm W2 Rate of 130k plus full medical, dental, visions, life and 401 Benefits. It is imperative that your SAP PP, MM and WM experience be accentuated on your resume. The person your resume initially goes to is not a technical resource therefore it is key that you incorporate as much of the description below that you have experience with into your resume. I am direct in this. I have needs for strong SAP Consultants across the board. I currently have 53 open positions for SAP HR, PP, MM, FI, Workflow and ABAP Consultants in VA, TX, DE, CO, CA, MA, IN and several other locations. Most of these are government Contracts so it is required that the consultant be either a US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER.

Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions :
Analysis within the Production Planning Module.
Perform and test R/3 customizing/configuration to address new business requirements as identified
Perform detailed requirements gathering/documentation, and functional testing in support of new ABAP development tasks
Candidate expected to provide sustaining support to a broad and dispersed customer base in key business process areas which mainly includes the manufacturing life cycle throughout
Expected to work directly with program-area Business Managers; planners, schedulers, technical programmers, business end users and other functional team members to resolve and close out problems and/or deliver new functionality.
Candidate expected to participate on a wide array of both short-term and long-term challenges, which include other initiatives such as archiving, new business unit deployments and implementation of new SAP tools, for example, GTS (Global Trade Services Module) and AII (Auto Identification Infrastructure).
Please be aware that this is a functional role that requires a strong analyst background. This is not a technical or development position.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years applicable experience.
At least 3 years of application or business process experience in PP At least 3 years of SAP PP, functional testing, and R/3 customizing/configuration.
At least 3 years experience in both SAP implementations and sustaining support.
Demonstrated ability in the design, configuration, & testing, of MM and WM functionality to include but not limited to:
Demand Management, MRP, Goods Movements, Capacity Planning, Engineering Change Management, Planned Orders, Production Orders, & Various master data elements (Material Master, BOM?s, Work Centers, Routings, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks against schedule. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated customer service skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with team members to define requirements for, and perform testing of, R/3 end-user authorizations.
Demonstrated ability to work within a defined set of standards and practices and an established promote-to-production process. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong team relationships with remote partners and customers.
Working familiarity with MS Project to create and maintain project plans as directed.
Proficiency with MS Excel.
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:
Team member experience with one or more SAP R/3 implementations.
Team Member experience with one or more SAP R/3 upgrade migration projects.
Working familiarity with MS Access, Lotus Notes, and Visio.
Other Requirements:
Candidate must be able to travel to various domestic Raytheon sites as required.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Information Systems/Technology is required.

I can work with Vendors however they would need to take part in our RVP
Program. Under this program we utilize the typical arrangement of a margin
the vendor company shall receive for a markup in the consultant's Cost price
however the consultant W2's to our company. This is not a finders fee
arrangement. Our client requires our consultant be on our payroll however
we understand our hard working vendors must have their needs met as well.
Therefore we reverse the standard relationship and continue to pay to the
vendor company a percentage of the hourly bill rate based on the negotiated
terms. There is no need to shut out vendors out when they can make deals in
volume based on the w2 arrangement we have with our top Fortune 500 Client.
