We are a well established Marin-based online services company that has sold product online to nationwide clients since 2004. We seek a part-time software engineer consultant for PHP, MySQL work. Principals only need apply. Please, no recruiters, placement professionals, multi-person companies or offshore companies; we will not consider you.
Seek the following capabilities.
* - must live in Marin, Sonoma, or SF County or western Alameda County since occasional paid meetings
* - demonstrated proficiency in PHP and MySQL
* - solid understanding of SQL queries
* - minimum of 2 years professional programming experience
* - willingness to sign a serious confidentiality agreement
* - ability to closely follow a spec
* - highly satisfied clients or former employers with available referrals
* - ability to ask questions and offer suggestions for improvement
* - good understanding of user interface/ease of use principles
