Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of both software systems.
- Works with client management to identify and specify extremely complex business requirements and processes for diverse development platforms, computing environments software, hardware, technologies and tools.
- Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost effective solution for the systems design.
- Writes, enhances, and manages test scripts used for system, integration, and validation testing activities.
BACKGROUND:
- Thorough understanding of SDLC and best practice methodologies / techniques expected.
- Experience in systems quality environment, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Knowledge or experience working with automated testing and modeling tools, change management and test case generation techniques.
- Knowledge of test management tools and automated tools such as Mercury Test Director is highly desired.
- Good analytical ability, judgment, consultative and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and IT management and staff.
