I am looking for someone who can redesign my blog site. I have had an ad up for a while but I am not seeing exactly what I need. I want more or less a similar layout to the one I have but I would like for it to include the link tags to technorati, delicious, etc. I am somewhat new to blogging. If you want, take a look at the site and let me know what you can do. I would even buy an already designed layout if it were unique. I am currently using a free layout which was a lot better than the Pool template that comes with it by default. Please let me know what you can do. Someone who has created successful blogs and knows a bit about what a good design is, would be helpful. I need it to accommodate adsense as well. I am creating three other blogs, so this could lead to more work. The website is
