Full description:
Axcell Technologies is seeking an individual to provide remote technical assistance to clients throughout the Chicago Area.
Duties include:
First Level of response to helpdesk tickets and subsequent escalation to other resources
Remote Desktop support of client workstations and servers
Monitoring of client infrastructure utilizing Axcell's Xagent remote support framework
Verifying server backups
Security Patch Management
Manage and enhance Automated Support and Maintenance scripts
Qualifications:
MCP or equivalent
2-3 Years in corporate or IT consulting Helpdesk or support
Excellent english communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work with little supervision
Team Player
Highly Motivated
Technologies (These exist in our client enviroments, all not necessary)
Microsoft Operating systems 2000, XP, 2003 Server
Microsoft Office Suite
SQL Server
Exchange Server
Sharepoint Server
Small Business Server
Autocad
VB Scripting or other scripting experience
