PART 1

Career Overview
Nedal is graduated from the Applied Science University in 2000 with Bs.c of Computer Science and worked with many well reputation companies and 2 of the big 4 (KPMG & Deloitte) and finally settled with Oracle Systems Ltd As Senior Oracle HRMS Consultant.

In 2000 upon completion of his Bs.c Nedal went to KSA and worked with Imara of Hail (CompuCity) to apply an integrated solution between all government centers. Nedal's role was to apply analysis to the requirements and coordinate between all parties plus his technical advisories in Oracle tools.

In 2001, Nedal worked with (Jordan-ComNet) a provider for security solution for Deloitte as Risk Analyst and he apply a lot of site visits to the Region and his main role was to make a Business Process Re-engineering projects (Security Prospective) to the Targeted Companies by applying penetration tests and White-Hut Hacking in order to check vulnerabilities at their systems.

In 2002, Nedal joined MobileCom part of Jordan Telecom Group, as a contractor to Implement Oracle HRMS Applications where KPMG was there implementing the same, and his role was to transfer knowledge from KPMG to MobileCom employees' and help them maintain the application after going production. After the implementation has been finished and delivered Nedal continued with MobileCom and starts to implement their required customizations and reports, plus the integration with other in-house systems.

In 2004, Nedal joined KPMG as a Senior Techno/Functional consultant and start his own implementations in Jordan & Middle East, during that period Nedal enhanced his Functional skills in Human Resources Management as he took advantage of working in Consulting & Auditing Firm, and starts his HR Business exercises also by implementing PBR and change management projects and finalize these project with Oracle HRMS as a back end. Nedal also was working in demand, scoping & presales activities. Nedal also took project management responsibilities and some sites.

In 2005, Nedal joined Oracle System Ltd., as an Oracle HRMS Track Lead for the Gulf, Nedal's role in Oracle is to implement HRMS suite with all its modules (HR, Payroll, OLM, SSHR, iRecruitment, iLearning & Business Intelligence Modules. Nedal also implements Health Checks, scoping, presales and Project Management activities as well within Oracle Consulting.

Late 2006, Nedal joined Injazat Data Systems Team as Human Resources System Implementations Team Leader to enhance the implementation team skills and capabilities, plus working on the demand by conducting presales activities, discussing proposals and answer to RFPs. Nedal within Injazat leading the implementation team and make a follow up to all the clients implements international standards and methodologies to achieve CMMI Level 3 (Capability Maturity Model Integration) by apply GAD QMS (Global Application Delivery – Quality Management Systems).

Details of Oracle Projects

1. Al Rajhi Banking and Investment Corp., Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, HRMS Track Lead / Solution Architect Sep-2005 to Aug-2006

As the Track Lead and Solution Architect, is in charge of the complete solution delivery for the implementation of HR, Payroll, iRecruitment, OLM, Business Intelligence and Self-Service Modules. Al Rajhi Bank is already live with the CRM application and successfully using it for some time now. Implementation is on E-Business Suite 11.5.10 (cumulative update 2) and Self-Service Version 5.2 on the same instance as the CRM application. This project includes the implementation of the complete e-business suite. The role also included (2 consultants were reporting to me as Technical Consultants working together to deliver the solution):


· Business Requirement Gathering and Analysis. Mapping the requirements to Oracle Applications.
· Responsibility for delivering the complete solution for the HRMS stream. Includes HR, iRecruitment, OLM, Payroll, Business Intelligence and Self-Service.
· Used the delivered localization for Saudi Arabia.
· To act as one point contact between the Financials, Supply Chain and HRMS Implementation team to iron out issues arising out of shared data and to plan the deployment strategy for all the modules to go live. There is an additional responsibility to make sure that the solution being deployed for HR has the least possible impact on the existing CRM solution.
· In charge of the complete Security set-up for the Oracle HRMS Implementation.
· Responsibility for the Data Migration strategy formulation and execution of conversion of data from Legacy System to Oracle Applications.
· Conduct detailed CRP’s to show the solution to the users.

2. Arab Potash Company, HR Business Consultant / Oracle HRMS Track Lead Jan 2005 – Sep 2005 HRMS

As HR Business Consultant is in charge of prepare a Business Process Re-engineer structure and provide a Future Process Models to APC in order to apply it in their policies and procedures manuals. After that to apply all new changes in business to Oracle HRMS Applications.

- Analyze business process and all location to be controlled by HR Department.
- Conduct meeting with all HR Administrators to see their problems and what they are looking for.
- Apply risk management study for current business processes.
- Prepare a Future Business Models for APC.
- Implement Oracle HRMS (HR, Payroll, OLM & Payroll.

As a technical consultant, is in charge of upgrading RJA current ERP 10.7 sc application into 11.5.9.

- Upgrade Database from 7 to 9i in 3 steps
- Upgrade application from 10.7 sc into 11.5.9 CU2
- Apply troubleshooting to all custom objects (reports, programs & forms)
- Conduct Technical Training Courses for RJA Team (System Administration, APPS Customizations, Oracle Alerts & Workflow)
- Support financial users while understanding and working on the new release.

4. Aqaba Special Economy Zone, Oracle HRMS Consultant Jul 2004 – Sep 2004 HRMS
As a HRMS Consultant, is in charge of applying a health check for current HRMS implementation, and then apply the required changes in order to fix problems.
